    That's probably due to a faulty installation, not to the System Menu 4.0 itself. In other words, you probably screwed up during the updating process, because 4.0 has been tested intensively and extensively and it has none of the problems you mention.

    Yes, that's obvious. I'm getting infected by the USB sticks. But if I can't format the USB sticks, I will get infected. Thus, I need to format the USB sticks before trying remove the malware on my computer. The problem is, I can't get the USB sticks formatted.
