    Did you ever discover a solution for this issue? I have the same problem with some mislabeled CIAs and I want to clean them up without generating a new Title ID.

    Yeah, I'll admit I'm trying to take the lazy way out to see if someone already knew the answer as I don't want to add clutter to the activity log or cause an entry to glitch for something so stupid. Thanks for the response.

    Have a typo in publisher name for a game installed as a .cia via vc inject. If the same Title ID is used, will deleting and reinstalling update all past Activity Log entries for that game or will it create a new entry for the game?
