    Hey Guys, I'm super new to hacking my nintendo 3ds. My biggest question is: What CIA installer can I install on 11.1? I have homebrew launcher and have tried to install FBI with no luck, all I want to do is install NTR CFW to stream. If anyone could help me out that would be awesome!
