    file structure meaning what? where the cheat file is placed? it's in appdata/roaming/ryujinx/mods/contents/0100f43008c44000\cheats\. it can't possibly be wrong since the cheats do appear in the manage cheats menu, if i've placed it in the incorrect folder, ryujinx shouldn't be able to see the cheats

    The move relearner can teach a Pokemon any move in its level-up learnset, including those that are learnt at a higher level than it is currently. The change is likely why it's been moved all the way to the Pokemon League, to prevent players from teaching Pokemon high-level moves too early.
