    I tried using Mod mii, I followed a tutorial on how to re hack your Wii because I think the guy who I bought it from did a bad job on doing it. After I was done I got some new channels in the HBC but my version was still on 4.1U for some reason even when I chose 4.3U on the mod mii installer...
