    I tried reinstalling the sound file and made sure it had the ".m4a" at the end and it still didn't work.     The version of my 3ds is 11.0.0-26U. I tried to send a link to the website I used to try and install it from, and a picture of the files on my SD card, but since I'm a new member it wouldn't let me. It was 3ds guide though. I followed the instructions for the old 3ds for version 9.0-11.3
