    Hacking Wii U USB loading - install WiiU games to USB or internal memory

    By the looks of it is the title.tik file only partially encrypted. Maybe the first few bytes are not encrypted and not verified. My guess is that the changes make the ticket valid for an eshop game instead of a disk game.
