    So I just bit the bullet and traded a pokémon from an NSP (Banned Switch) to my retail copy on my Hax Free Switch locally and it worked with no issues. I did have to turn off Airplane Mode though. So I guess as long as the Mons are "legal" and your Switch is Hax free you won't get banned? Well...
