    something like this? (i left the borders black so you know where to cut the paper) print this on glossy paper with your printer set to 600dpi - don't forget to disable all scaling functions the printer dialog or the application you use has i use the template dazinith posted here...

    is it possible that you activated some filters in ffdshow? if i try to reproduce this i get about 50seconds without any ffdshow filters active (batchdpg on ultra) and more then 6 minutes on medium for the same video file. check the ffdshow configuration (start->programs->ffdshow->Video decoder...
