Upsettingly inevitable. I use GameFly primarily for keeping up with new releases. I know that sounds antiquated, but it's the cheapest way for me to actually experience new releases. It's just kind of sad to see happen.

At what point were these assets removed from the possession of the developers?
This is copyright infringement, not theft.
I don't even think a game being out of print / production, and not available for purchase is an excuse to pirate it, I think it's a completely valid reason.
