    If I remember correctly, the ds two + uses the gateway firmware and I think they implemented a way to stop other carts from using it. If it didn't match the hardware it was looking for, it wouldn't work, but I read that a year or two ago. Not sure if supercard came out with a fix for it.

    Acrually i saw a homebrew store type thing about a couple of hours ago. Give me a sec and i can pm you a link to it. I believe it has all the vpks out converted to mp4s so you can download it directly to the vita.

    Use turbo client. It is the only ftp client i have been able to use to connect to the vita. Just want to let you know the client is kind of weird. If you want to place a file in a certain directory you have to been in that directory first then upload your file(s) onto the vita.
