    I used the 'Test SLC and Restore SLC.RAW' option, then erased MLC and after that deleted scfm.img again. Now I was able to rebuild the SLC and MLC. Note: There were '128 pages in 2 blocks failed erase test'. Is there any chance of the SLC of corrupting again? Putty output
