Hardware 3ds won't read game cards
My old 3ds hasn't been able to read game cards for a while, I think it could be a bent pin since all my ds game work in my dsi but not in the 3ds Iv'e tried using a hand pump to blow air into the game card slot, and Iv'e tried cleaning the game cards but neither helped I'm hoping that i don't...- Impish37

its a developer application called NtfUtil 11.4 you can get it via internet archive 1. search for "3ds development unit software download" on google 2. click on the internet archive link 3. download the zip 4. inside the zip will be various cia files 5. install the one titled "Dev NFPUTL...- Impish37
