    you don't know anything about legal stuff do you... the plaintiff is the person/corperation doing the suing the defense is the person/corperation being sued. And no gateway is not being shut down, if they were their site would be down.

    its saying 403 even if stuff is added after the /, when it would normally say 404 if it was a file, it's likely it's a directory, but not certain, and yes i know what a phps file is.

    The gateway server is configured to do 404 on missing file and 403 on accessing a directory without an index file. Edit: I'm not grasping at anything, i don't care when updates comes out, i even said that what i found means nothing if you'd read the post.

    The oculus rift, the actual consumer one has a single 1440p screen refreshing at 90FPS, and this is not valve's headset it's just one supported by valve, just like the oculus rift is.

    How about this, i'll distribute the ELF and rsf so that people can use their own icon and banner if they wish. the standard icon has already been chosen however.

    there's already a software keyboard you can use, it's part of the 3ds firmware itself, if you ask nicely someone might tell you how to use it.
