    Sorry to necro this older thread, but I had the exact same issue and managed to solve this. I did try the solution @Cyan and @Wiimm suggested, but turned out my partition was already converted to FAT, so "wwt analyse" did not find any wbfs partitions ofcourse. I found out it was a FAT partition...

    Tutorial How to install and play Eur BotW

    Hi, I had this issue as well, when I had installed the game to USB and the update to system (which I do for other games as well). I then re-downloaded all files, and installed both on USB, and now all is working fine!
