    At this very moment, no, there is no second banwave. The ones that are mentioning a ban are on a shared public seed, where it only takes one irresponsible person to screw up in an obvious manner to get everyone on it banned. Until further evidence is provided, there is no reason to be alarmed.

    For all that were banned, did you ever take your 3/2DS on the go at any point? I'm wondering if having it on/around certified networks like Gamestop/Toys R Us/Any game store events could of sent the red flag data to Nintendo that may of caused your ban.

    Now I'm curious if it is the Fire Emblem Echo that is causing the ban, and if people who didn't pirate it or it's DLC were part of the SuMo ban, and they ended up banned because someone with the seed they used got banned for Echoes, and caused a chain reaction.

    Has Nintendo stated that publicly? All I've read to far about the permanent ban claims is that tech support is saying it is, while another has stated that is was temporary. It's a coin flip at that point lol.
