    I rather have them start at level ten or below seeing as how the only move they know when you get them is hidden power and you don't have access to the move tutors yet.

    I have kind of wondered if it is that problem as I have just recently finished the Delta Episode in Omega Ruby and that is when I discovered it when I was trying to get some more Rare Candies as I was running low on them. I am not sure if there is a problem with their servers as on their website...
