    Hardware Anyone from Portugal can downgrade my 3DS?

    Hello greetings from Algarve Portugal. I have a Japaneses old 3DS with the latest firmware. Not all is lost because I have my old 6.xx fw nand saved on a file. Can I send the file and the console to downgrade for someone nearby please? Where I live no one does that and I don't have the skills.
