    Just made one and linked it and still getting error 002-0102 my access to online services has been restricted by Nintendo

    I just got a 3dsXL modded it and downloaded pokemon moon and Pokémon bank from HShop and I have no NNID on the console when I go to Pokémon bank it brings up error code 002-0102 is there any updated way around this let me know 🙏 sorry if this is the 80th time this has been asked I’m new
