    I have a big Problem i have installed the a9hl.3dsx When i turn on my new3ds the Power LED goes on and 1 sec later off.When i remove the sd card the power lamp light blue but the displays Are dark no light nothing is this a brick or is the 3ds defect can i repair this with a hardmod??

    I have fallow this tut on sysnand 9.0 and I have generate the otp.bin (256byte) is that yet the correct otp.bin for Arm9loaderhax or must i Do this with sysnand 9.2?
