    The FAT32 limit is technically 2 bytes less than an exact 4 GB so games that are exactly 4 GB won't fit as is, yes. Fortunately trimming should be enough to cut off 2 bytes

    I doubt the USPS would even pay out insurance in a case where they claim they delivered the package so that wouldn't help. If it was lost or damaged they would definitely be responsible without a shadow of a doubt but in cases like this I don't know exactly how much responsibility the seller...

    Yeah this sounds like a screw up on the post office's end. It's not like the seller can somehow hijack the package and break into their computer system and mark it as delivered. Well I guess they could but I don't think that's realistic.

    The problem persists with both private headers and personal rom dumps so I would be inclined to rule out a problem with the rom or template. And just that if it was a simple template problem it probably wouldn't take over a month to fix.

    So... if this catches on is the Sky3DS pretty much dead in the water? I'm kind of dubious on if they can come up with a workaround(and if they can it'll probably involve releasing a new version of the Sky3DS cart anyway)
