    Hey all, I have 2 old 3DS that were collecting dust one has a firmware of 2.1.0-4u and the other is 3.0.0-6u. I have been trying to read on the best way to play a cia?(im guessing cia = rom). But, there is just so many faqs, and guides that I am so confused on what to do or were to even start...
