    IT's always rice for me and sometimes a local cuisines with their specialty coconut milk soup mixed in (which is very heavy meal for breakfast according most people because the soup contains fat and cholesterol)...

    Asian foods. Rich in spices, huge quantity and average cheaper cost than western culinary. Don't forget about how they sometimes add some local herbs to the food for nutrition
