It still says "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

I can't reset the password because I can't change the mail address that old mail does not exist anymore, email.it became a paid service and I switched to Proton.

But at least I can see the this page and save some changes, like this form.

Thank you for the help anyway. And by the way, I was wrong about needing a login to download a file, I was just stupid and didn't see the download button in the up right corner.
