    I got a New 3DS back in Jan./Feb. for the SS3D and the extra RAM. To me, being able to play that-one-game-what-nobody-ever-shuts-up-about is just a bonus, albeit a rather nice bonus.

    It has already been explained that 'lack of Gateway support' is a passive consequence, rather than an action. Gateway has to fuck around with your 3DS to enable free gaemz. NTR CFW has to fuck around with your 3DS to enable CFW. cell9 didn't actively go to the formidable--perhaps...

    Alright. I was just curious because counterfeits are absolutely everywhere online. I've never heard of a retail store carrying counterfeits, though. (Although Newegg 'Marketplace' is full of fakes, too.)
