    There is a limit in Edizon for how many it will recognize at once. So try disabling some.

    Last I can recall, the Key Item code was still deleting the Fishing Rod and a couple others. Don't remember if it was fixed yet.

    I'd be curious if you tried attempting to catch that pokemon, would it be the one you encountered or the modified ID.

    I'm busy with work, otherwise I'd try and help out some more. :/ Any extra difficulty to these games would be welcomed, even if it's just disabling the Exp Share.

    Hmm I think 907 is entirely plausible given the total number of pokemon and variants including regional variants. I'd probably try that first.

    It's usually the pokedex id in Hex. E.g. Mew being 151, would be ID 97.

    I may be wrong, but purely based on that quote, maybe they mean to get into a wild encounter and then search for that pokemon's data/id (the one you find) and maybe that will give the mem location for the random battle. Then replace with the legendary's data/id.

    At this point I would say doing anything online with a copy of the game before it's official release is a bigger issue than trading a hacked mon. So you're probably fine.
