    yes, i have tried this and i can go to devmode, but i don't understand what to do next. there is no fbi in health&safety. As I said my 3ds dont have HBL (is it homebrew launcher?) thank you for helping!

    yes, firm folder have created with python file and i put it to rxtools folder, and sys folder, and simply root folder. now its always shows "installation failed". I will try to format console, and sd card and start the installation again. Hope this helps. when you format console there is no...

    firmware is 7.1.0-15e.I dont know about rx version because I downloaded popular pack with cias and tools. Now I try to understand all and if you tell me where I can download the best new version of rxtoos I will be gratefull. i tried this and it still failed
