    the helm is in the zora ruins underground in toto lake, where u go before surf in waterfall to the floating water temple island, when u enter there is no water in underground again and u have to search a hole in the floor to get the chest

    2 Side quest after water temple, graves are on the fish island, and helm in the zora uderwater cave before water temple 1683640644 use a fan to impulse the robot part trough the rail
