    I'm on OFW 11.4.0-37u. It's not due to doodlebomb exploit, I used it previously to access HBL before it was patched. My N3DSXL is unhacked and only using HBL for Themely(NO BAN). As long as you aren't running pirated games on your 3ds there should not be a ban at all. HBL via NinjHax is 100%...
