    Gateway can only use code already written by Nintendo (that's what ROP programming is), so if they are using a random number generator it has to be one was already there.

    There is no check "for a certain date", it's just that the random number generator (like most of them) is seeded by the current datetime, so there was a higher probability at a certain time yesterday.

    That wouldn't work. The code is *not* checking the date, it is a random number generator and those are often (as in this case) seeded by the date, so there will be another datetime which will lead to the exact same random number needed to brick.

    I've had mine go from "Pending" to "Processing" in a few min, however it is also stuck on "Processing" since tuesday. They do have a pretty good reputation in this thread, so should be fine.
