    It should still appear to look like it is ok enough to go in under warranty. I am just going to sell it on ebay. I tried all I can do. This is the first one I ran into I couldn't repair.

    It has no corrosion and appears to be good from pin to pad across both sides.

I know another wont work but was hoping I would at least get a different result. It will not power on and seems to go into RCM mode when you power it on. It charges at 5V...

    Try replacing USB-C again... sounds like the connection isnt great on the back pins.

    Well I saved the file somewhere else and had windows re-route to that location. It went like it was supposed to then checked for another file which we don't have... The exfat json or the no exfat json... Fail we need this back up and running. Does anybody have an older firmware already prepared...

    Let me know if you figure it out. Doesn't look like he will enable the server again as rajkosto left the forum awhile ago. I also downloaded the json the same way you said you did it.
