    Yes, I made sure of this yesterday and the US/EU/JP update files are indeed all the same (by hash). This is the japanese download page: http://www.jp.playstation.com/psvita/update/ud_usbmemory.html Looks like they already updated the link to FW 3.61 in the meantime.
