    I'm from Australia and sadly this method didn't work for me. Followed these instructions precisely but the transaction failed attempting to use my Visa card. Checked with my bank and it was not blocked on their end for security reasons or anything like that so I can only assume the Argentina...

    It's definitely sent back to Nintendo if you register your cart for My Nintendo points (and how else would that work unless each cart had a unique number?)

    His switch didn't do anything, he used its console cert while manually sending requests to the CDN to see what he could find. Obviously he sent a bunch of invalid requests and that's why he was banned. It's not a cause for panic, just a reminder what will happen if you play with the CDN.
