    Why won't rxTools open on downgraded MSET 6.0? (Sysver 9.2) The settings has no more NNID, but when selecting DS Profile, it just crashes and reboots the system.

    I tried following all the steps, but I'm stuck here. What do? Thanks. Apparently, after making import.db and title.db, one must go to Settings > Data Management > 3DS Software > Software and fix the "corrupted" data management files.
