    So my friend was in the process of switching to a9lh and now when she tries to turn on her 3ds it doesn't. Only the blue light turns on. And when she tries to boot without an sd card, the blue light turns on for a while and back off. According to her, she followed everything correctly and right...

    You don't need to do it since it's only for o3ds/2ds. Well Plailect himself even removed menuhax from his guide so I'm guessing it's safe to use broswerhax. I used it and I successfully downgraded.

    The same way you did last time. Use the mirror I said to use. So everytime the Plailect guide tells you to boot into Homebrew, just use that mirror. And just skip the menuhax part, you don't really need it.

    You can just use browserhax instead of menuhax. I just downgraded my n3DS to 9.2 last night like that.
