I had the same problem as well. In case it helps someone:
Follow these CAREFULLY. Skip Steps 1-4 if you are starting cold; haven't screwed up the first time.
Unplug your Switch from the computer (this won't kick you out of RCM; don't worry)
Under Settings > Apps > Apps & features, look for...
