    So you DID limit your information collecting to people that had not been banned. What was your argument here again? By the way why doesn't this poll or any other ask if people regularly use the browser? It's one of the things that has clear knowledge of whatever it is you are running.

    There's literally no point in polling unbanned people and it would only make data collection less reliable. We don't know if they are truly unbanned or still flagged by the system somehow, so trying to draw conclusions from that kind of data is stupid.

    I don't think we know. It's POSSIBLE that Nintendo only scanned for certain activity for a certain period of time but there's reports of people that hadn't played in months still getting the ban so it doesn't seem to be. You are a in a good position to experiment though, see if there's any...

    Making a public poll seems useless when it gets relinked and people that might not have read the original instructions contribute. It would be better if a handful of people polled others in private, even a hundred combined sample sizes would give an idea of what's happening.
