    EZ Flash IV card slot won't spring back out - jammed!

    Hi, So I just got my EZ Flash in the post today. The first time I attempted to insert the microSD card into the unit it wouldn't come out.. It seems I can still push it downwards and it has no problem moving, although it won't spring back outwards. What should I do? Cheers!
