I measured resistance on each RAM chip and I get a reading 200, so to test the APU what component should I test to see if I have a dead APU? but I checked those fuses from the console service tool results and they seem fine, so...

    I get all these codes, that one with the fuses is new to me, seems was updated while ago with that description anyways, I checked the fuses and they got continuity, so it should be the F3501 area, which is what is the GDDR6 should be no? or is there another cause? my motherboard is the EDM-010

    I keep getting that 80830000 code, basically it could be the APU because sometimes I get this code: C0020303 APU not responding and: 80C00140 so I'm SOL then not even a tech could fix it? but if its possible to fix it, would it be worth it? maybe can go bad again?

    I've tried multiple times but no avail, not sure if there's tiny specs of the LM, I've used toothbrushes and Qtips and nada, I even added IPA underneath the APU so that in case there's some inside the solder balls, IDK if i don't scrub hard enough, but I think that LM is a byatch to get rid of...
