    I don't know, I got it second hand. It was factory reset. If it somehow matters its a neon red/blue switch.

    FAT32, however the console also gave me the same error before even putting a SD card and CFW on it. I was hoping the CFW would somehow stop the crash.

    @Draxzelex I have a console that keeps getting error 2162-0002, I did everything nintendo suggested, upgraded to the latest firmware, updated the joycon firmware. I still get the 2162-0002 error. I seen a few pages back you asked for the title id from the error screen, I got 0100000000001007...
