Homebrew AL9H user. What is Boo9strap and should I upgrade?
boot9strap is earlier code execution; you can dump arm9/arm11 boot images and OTP without downgrading. So it shaves off a lot of initial setup time for new users because they don't have to go down to 2.x anymore to get their OTP.bin. See also: https://sciresm.github.io/33-and-a-half-c3/- Gant
