    Back up all of the sd's files, and format it again. Make sure it is formatted as fat32. For 32gb or smaller cards I think Windows' sd card formatter is fine. For windows' formatter make sure you back up your sd's files, right-click on your card and click format, format it as fat32 with the label...

    If you're talking about sd/wiiu/apps then it will be in the homebrew launcher on tiramisu and on the wii u menu in aroma. You're probably using tiramisu because retroarch doesn't work on aroma, so it won't take space on the wii u menu but will be in the homebrew launcher.

    When I open the app the top screen is black but the bottom screen is normal. I have to turn off my 3ds and turn it back on.
