    Well with the N3DS, we are now forced to play with wifi enabled in order to support Amiibo. So, for example, I have to play with Wifi on when I'm playing super smash in order to use my amiibo. Anyways, seems safe as long as online play isn't attempted.

    Has anyone been banned playing games with public headers, however, NOT accessing any online multiplayer/online servers (meaning that the wifi may have been enabled, just no multiplayer). I'm trying to weigh the risk of even sticking the damn thing in my 3ds again.

    Is there any video of this being done? I'm sort of confused how you are accessing the save data and dumping it on your PC. Also what type of program do you need to use to sift through the save data? I'm assuming it is encrypted to some degree.

    You know what I meant. Render it incapable of playing online for the extent of its life. Which I consider to be bricking your console... that is a major part of what the system is capable of.

    Dude, don't be an asshole. You are going to get yourself and some 12 year old out their banned if you go ahead and rip your header for Smash Bros and turn it in. Plus, to what extent will your greed continue to grow? But maybe that 12 year old that used a legit copy from Gamestop will call...
