    I want to install rev 14 so that I can get Neo Gamma R7. The problem is from what I understand you put cIOS38_rev14-Installer.dol on the root of the SD card and launch it from the HBC. It does not even appear on my list of applications. I think I must be missing something. If somebody could help...
