    Is it normal to have 1-5 fps when game starts up? Citron emulator rtx 3090 Oc'd and 5800x Oc'd. Turned off all mods, No aa, 1x, Vulkan, Bilinear auto accuracy. If there are any specific settings in NVCP that can cause issues. Let me know. I googled and could not find anything.
