    For backing up EmuNAND? It should but I don't know. I used EmuNAND9. If you mean for relinking your NNID it shouldn't matter what CFW you use.(But I also used RxTools)

    As long as you back up your EmuNAND before you format it you can restore it after you relink your NNID. That way you won't lose anything. EDIT: And backup your sd card before formating.

    You could, but it wouldn't do anything. As I understand it, when you format via system setting it tells nintendo's servers that you unlinked your NNID. So when you use EmuNAND and try to connect to your NNID it results in an error because your 3ds says your NNID is linked, where as nintendo's...
