    So, my friend would like me to mod her console, i have already modded mine. Her wii, she bought when it just came out and got some generic modchip and cant play the new super mario brothers. How would i go about fixing this problem? Would homebrew work on this wii? i have no clue what firmware...

    Well you CAN softmod it using MCboot, i did, all it does is just takes the memory card and puts a program to boot off of. Pretty simple stuff and it doesnt mess with the ps2 itself.

    Isnt working for me..I tried naming it common-key and ckey.bin and key.bin but all i get when i open it is the path that i opened it and @@ press any button to continue and when i try putting the game iso in the doesnt do anything. Any help is greatly appreciated!
