    I am on Canon of Vengeance and I'm having the same issue. I tried buying 1 Fire Shard from Gustave and only got 1. Tried selling it and I ended up with 0. Then I tried buying 10 and then selling 1, and ended up with 9. So I'm just experiencing normal increments. Should also mention the money...
