    yeah well that requires another DS which I dont have or downgrading it using the hardmod that I also can not do because I dont have the tools nor the experience in soldering. If you do not see "Emu" in front of the version number, then you are not on RedNAND. DO NOT UPDATE, FIND WHAT WENT WRONG...

    I did this last night, when I saw it said "ver. 11.0" I gave up there and went to sleep I just turned it up today and it still says "Ver. 11.0" and yes I did exactly what you said.

    I did, it said "emu 9.2.0" then I updated but it says "Ver 11.0.0" I tried to use luma again, but it just takes me to a black screen, and it doesnt even want to install the menuhax either.

    Ok...so my noobish question is the same I saw asked here a few times but I am still not 100% sure if I should continue or not I followed the guide on git hub step by step I got to the final steps on part 3 my sistem read "ver 9.2" so I went to luma and it said again "emu 9.2" I updated my sistem...
