    You can always send it to Nintendo (unless you installed nsps and switch is in warranty) since Nintendo can't detect that you booted thought rcm mode.

Also is it possible to downgrade the emunand using choidujourNX or even choodujour for PC? So to downgrade from 8.x.x emunand to let's say 3.x...
